Job description

Tier4 Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for delivery governance of large-scale projects across Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management portfolios. This role will drive schedule establishment, ERP/MES platform delivery, procurement system modernization, and cross-portfolio coordination across manufacturing operations and supply chain programs. Due to the nature of the work- You must be a US CITIZEN

Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Project Management

  • Lead delivery governance for large manufacturing projects, including ERP upgrades, MES platform implementations, legacy application modernization, and cross-system integration.
  • Establish delivery dates, baselines, and milestone plans for assigned projects.
  • Coordinate End-of-Life (EOL) compliance remediation for manufacturing platforms.
  • Manage shop floor integration activities, including cutover planning with zero-downtime strategies across multiple sites.
  • Coordinate with Engineering Applications PMs on cross-system design documentation integration.

Supply Chain Project Management

  • Lead delivery governance for large supply chain projects covering procurement automation, pre-procurement tracking and approval workflows, and CRM-based RFx/RFP/RFI processes.
  • Maintain delivery management for active supply chain projects.
  • Establish delivery dates and baselines for projects lacking defined targets.
  • Ensure compliance with DFARS and FAR procurement regulations.

Cross-Portfolio Governance & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate project data in Workfront and Jira (milestones, status reporting, backlog management, sprint planning, Agile tracking).
  • Deliver status reporting to executive leadership and stakeholders, including schedule health, risks, and forecasts.
  • Maintain RAID logs and provide consolidated portfolio-level risk reporting.
  • Coordinate dependencies across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other portfolios.
  • Support Agile and hybrid ceremonies (sprint planning, PI planning, retrospectives, daily standups).

Deliverables

  • Project plans, integrated delivery timelines, and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
  • Delivery baseline documentation.
  • Updated Jira plans, backlogs, sprint boards, and dashboards.
  • Status reports with EVM metrics (CPI, SPI, EAC) as applicable.
  • RAID logs and portfolio risk reporting.
  • EOL compliance remediation plans.
  • Cutover and go-live plans with zero-downtime strategies.
  • Vendor performance tracking and escalation documentation.
  • Project closeout reports with lessons learned and recommendations.

Required Qualifications
