Job description

Maintenance Person
Retail chain is looking for a full-time maintenance person to work between our multiple retail locations throughout New York and New Jersey.

Responsibilities for Maintenance Person include but not limited to:
- Painting, carpentry, sheetrock, plumbing, drain snaking, electrical (including ballast repair and replacement), tile work, flooring, roof repair, power washing, snow removal, and general cleaning
- Experience with Bale Machines and Conveyor Belts is a big plus
- Occasionally working as a team on renovation projects, and other times working on your own
- Following company instructions and protocols
- Proactive recognition of maintenance cycles and create personal schedule based on that need
- Reliable and responsive to issues and emergency requests

- Willing to work occasional off hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends)
when necessary
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work on deadline
-Valid drivers license with car as well as cell phone
