WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Client Executive is responsible for building, fostering, and maintaining strong relationships with executive-level client and partner contacts. This role serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to clients, ensuring their benefits programs are executed successfully while maximizing the value delivered through bswift solutions.
The Client Executive works cross-functionally with Client Services, Data Analytics, Sales, and other internal teams to deliver exceptional service, drive client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth. Success in this role is measured through quarterly Net Promoter Score (NPS) results, client retention, and expansion, supporting bswift's position as the preeminent benefits administration organization in the industry.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR (Essential Functions)

Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive-level client contacts, serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of approximately 10-15 bswift clients.
Regularly engage with clients to understand their strategic business objectives, challenges, and evolving employee benefits needs.
Partner with Client Services and other internal departments to proactively address concerns, resolve issues, and ensure consistent client satisfaction and loyalty.
Actively identify opportunities for clients to adopt additional bswift products and services, adding measurable value to their employee benefits programs.
Lead contract renewal efforts for assigned clients, ensuring bswift is well-positioned for successful renewals with a minimum 12-18 month runway.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Client Consulting & Best Practices
Provide expert guidance on benefits program design in coordination with bswift system configuration and implementation teams.
Advise clients on benefits compliance, regulatory considerations, and industry trends.
Leverage benchmarking and analytics, in partnership with internal Data Analytics, to position new products and services and support strategic client decisions.
Offer insights on best practices to help clients remain competitive in their benefits offerings.
Strategic Reporting & Executive Engagement
Build and participate in regular client and internal executive report-outs, including Stewardship Meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews.
Clearly communicate the value delivered through bswift services using data-driven insights and performance metrics.
Collaborate with Sales to support expansion opportunities and the pursuit of new clients when appropriate.
Client Advocacy & Issue Resolution
Serve as a client advocate internally, representing client feedback and priorities across bswift teams.
Lead the resolution of client escalations or conflicts in a diplomatic, professional, and effective manner, leveraging appropriate internal resources.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Required Education and Experience)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
15+ years of client management experience with a demonstrated record of success.
Proven experience managing executive-level client relationships within the employee benefits domain.
Strong experience driving adoption of new products and services in a growth-oriented environment.
In-depth knowledge of employee benefits programs, regulations, and industry trends.
Skills & Abilities
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive audiences.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities to address complex client needs.

Specific benefit offerings vary by position and may be subject to change.
Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $165,000-$175,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
