Job description

Director, Product Marketing Remote

Full time, remote, United States

BCD Travel is redefining the corporate travel landscape with digital experiences that surprise and delight travelers and drive measurable results for our customers. We are seeking a visionary and highly creative product marketer to bring our award winning and ever-evolving TripSource experience to market in a dynamic and highly competitive travel landscape. The Director, Product Marketing, will leverage their experience in B2B2C product marketing to manage the strategic positioning of TripSource as the digital point-of-sale and service for BCD travelers and travel arrangers. Unlike new entrants to the market, TripSource has a proven track record of results, consistently adapting to meet the changing needs of our customers and the industry. You'll be marketing an established product managed the best and brightest minds in travel, an innovative and scalable tech stack, and a significant development budget that fuels continuous innovation.

This is your opportunity to champion a product that's not just built for today-but designed to lead the future of digital travel.

As a Director, Product Marketing, you will

  • Develop the next gen positioning for TripSource aligned to customer needs and a highly competitive landscape
  • Craft a simple, cohesive benefit-driven narrative that clearly differentiates TripSource from competitive solutions
  • Conduct brand research and make strategic recommendations to improve perception, awareness and adoption of the TripSource brand
  • Develop and maintain effective sales tools and education that drive strategic conversations and adoption
  • Monitor feedback from (non-user) client and commercial stakeholders on product perception and "if only" requests that could remove barriers to adoption

About you

  • Proven track record in product marketing for B2B2C platform or product
  • Track record of building impactful and measurable digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong aptitude for understanding and explaining complex technologies in clear, digestible messaging
  • Comfortable presenting on camera to C-level audience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
