Job description

Position Summary:

Davidson’s is currently seeking a full-time, in-office, assistant to join our busy and fast-paced Credit Department. We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Assistant to support our collections and accounts receivable team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining collections-related data, tracking account activity, and assisting with documentation to ensure timely and effective follow-up on outstanding balances. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, and able to manage sensitive financial information with accuracy.


Data Entry Assistant Key Responsibilities

· Enter and update customer account information, payment records, and notes in internal systems

· Review accounts for discrepancies and flag issues for the collections team

· Assist in preparing reports, demand letters, and collection packets

· Assist with processing and posting payments

· Support the team with administrative tasks such as document management and correspondence tracking

· Mail invoices and statements to customers
