Location: Vienna, VA

Employees hired through this process will join MGPS and receive a comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay.  Job Description: Seeking an experienced Wireless Engineer to design, deploy, optimize, and support enterprise wireless and cellular network solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in RF engineering, enterprise Wi-Fi, DAS technologies, wireless security, and cellular network integration. This role requires hands-on experience with wireless architecture, performance optimization, and troubleshooting in large-scale enterprise environments. Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance is required.  Job Responsibilities: * Design, implement, and support enterprise wireless networks, including Wi-Fi 5, Wi-Fi 6, Wi-Fi 6E, and Wi-Fi 7 technologies.
* Perform wireless site surveys, RF planning, predictive modeling, capacity analysis, and post-deployment optimization.
* Design and deploy Distributed Antenna System (DAS) solutions to improve indoor cellular coverage and capacity.
* Configure and support wireless authentication, access control, and AAA solutions utilizing 802.1X, Aruba ClearPass, and Cisco ISE.
* Collaborate with network, security, facilities, and carrier teams to ensure reliable wireless and cellular connectivity.
* Develop technical documentation, design standards, and operational procedures while providing advanced troubleshooting and performance tuning. 
Required Skills: * Strong expertise in RF fundamentals, wireless protocols (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax), and wireless authentication technologies (802.1X).
* Experience designing, deploying, and optimizing enterprise wireless networks and DAS solutions.
* Knowledge of cellular technologies, including 4G LTE and 5G, and experience coordinating with wireless carriers and signal source providers.
* Hands-on experience with wireless survey and DAS design tools, as well as platforms such as Ruckus, Aruba ClearPass, and Cisco ISE. * Enterprise Wireless Network Design and Architecture.
* RF Engineering, Site Surveys, and Capacity Planning.
* Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS).
* Wi-Fi 6/6E/7, 4G LTE, and 5G Technologies.
* Wireless Security, 802.1X, Aruba ClearPass, and Cisco ISE.
* Wireless Performance Optimization and Troubleshooting.  
Desired Skills: * Experience architecting large-scale enterprise Wi-Fi solutions with a focus on scalability, security, and high availability.
* Expert knowledge of wireless network design, including RF planning, site surveys, capacity modeling, and performance optimization.
* Strong understanding of network infrastructure components and their impact on wireless performance.
* Experience interpreting floor plans, construction materials, and environmental factors affecting RF propagation.
* Knowledge of wireless and cellular compliance requirements, security standards, and industry best practices.
