Job description

Job Duties: Responsible for creating and implementing innovative solutions with industry-wide impact. Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated solutions within constraints of time and budget. Analyze business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. As a position of technical/professional influence, frequently operate at the leading edge of technology. Recommend and justify enhancements to Oracle products to meet very complex customer needs.  Exercise creativity and independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to deliver functional and technical expertise on a wide range of business and technology solutions.  Lead experienced consulting teams on challenging projects; work on significant and unique issues. As a thought leader and trusted advisor, effectively influence difficult decisions at the leadership-level of customer organizations. Enable business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise. Resolve very complex customer escalations. Drive customer process direction and decision by providing domain leadership within relevant industries on end-to-end enterprise solutions. Create new solution sets based on assessment of industry needs, market demands and knowledge of competitive product offerings. May work at various unanticipated locations throughout U.S. May telecommute. (385.22326)

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, Chemistry, or related field followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Technical Analyst or consulting-related occupation.

Position requires:

  • Oracle ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or other ERP software solutions;
  • Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Global Order Promising (GOP), Production Scheduling (PS), Process Manufacturing (OPM), or Discrete Manufacturing (ODM) business processes;
  • Oracle Supply Chain or Manufacturing module implementations for multiple customers;
  • Providing a functional and technical interface to customers for resolution of problems related to the installation, recommended maintenance, and use of Oracle Products or other ERP software solutions;
  • Designing, testing, conducting testing cycles, and documenting software test results;
  • Supply Planning Cloud, Demand Management Cloud, Replenishment Planning Cloud, Backlog Management Cloud, Production Scheduling Cloud, Sales and Operation Planning Cloud, Cost Management Cloud, and Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning Cloud

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $163,550 - $251,999 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and/or equity.  
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
