Job description

We are seeking a Construction Project Supervisor to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling and implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
  • Prepare, coordinate and implement 2 weeks and 6 weeks look ahead schedules
  • Review drawings, shop drawings and specifications. Identify differing site conditions and issue RFIs
  • Prepare material orders and coordinate with purchasing. Follow up and report deliveries.
  • Prepare daily reports and coordinate with accounting and scheduling,
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

  • Must have Minimum 10 years experience in construction industry of 5 years experience with engineering degree,
  • Team player with leadership skills,
  • Must be Certified NYCDOB Site Supervisor. NYCDOB Site Superintendent preferred
  • Safety and quality oriented
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
