Job description

Position Overview

Our client is seeking an Application Support Administrator to join its growing Production Application Services team. This position is responsible for supporting business-critical print, mail, workflow, and production management applications used by enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting software applications, troubleshooting technical issues, managing service requests, and working closely with internal teams and customers to ensure seamless application performance.

This opportunity is open to both entry-level candidates who meet the minimum qualifications and experienced professionals with advanced expertise in application support. Compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and overall fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide production support for enterprise print, mail, and workflow applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor application performance and assist with system maintenance activities.
  • Support new client onboarding activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Control (QC) processes.
  • Configure and maintain workflow solutions and business process applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Document support procedures, troubleshooting steps, and application configurations.
  • Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and escalations through ticketing systems.
  • Assist with workflow development and system integrations where applicable.
  • Support end users by diagnosing and resolving application-related concerns.

  • Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting software applications, enterprise applications, or business process systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced support environment.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with ticketing or incident management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management platforms.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, Active Directory, and system administration concepts.
  • Experience supporting workflow, print management, production, ERP, billing, or business automation applications.
  • Understanding of application testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing methodologies.
