Description:Position Summary

The Warehouse PM Supervisor oversees all evening warehouse operations to ensure accurate order fulfillment, efficient workflow, and compliance with company standards. This role is key to maintaining productivity, safety, and team morale during the evening shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate evening shift activities, including picking, packing, staging, and loading of alcohol products.
  • Ensure all orders are picked accurately and shipped on time.
  • Lead a team of warehouse associates; provide guidance, performance feedback, and discipline as needed.
  • Monitor workflow and reassign tasks as needed to meet deadlines and operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and state alcohol handling regulations.
  • Conduct evening shift reports and communicate updates to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Support and promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:Qualifications

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Exposure to frequent sitting. May have to lift up to 50 pounds.
