The Opportunity

The Accounts Executive (Accounts Payable) plays a critical role in supporting the University's financial operations by ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely processing of payments, vendor administration, and accounts payable activities. The position works closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality finance services while maintaining compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls. The role is also expected to contribute to the continuous enhancement of finance processes through innovation, digitalisation, and automation initiatives.

Reporting Line: The position reports toĀ Assistant Manager, Finance under routine supervision.
