We are hiring for both Junior Loan Officer (Loan officer Assistants) and Senior Loan Officer positions. Candidates will be placed based on experience, production history, and licensing. Both roles help clients navigate the mortgage process, maintaining high-quality communication, and working closely with our processing and underwriting teams.
**Currently hiring for Loan Officer Assistant. This role is for someone who has experience in the mortgage industry, likes outbounding and assisting LO's but prefers the stability and consistency and less high pressure sales. This would be a long term position.
Compensation:
Junior Loan Officers
$3,400 monthly, + $250 Outbound Call Bonuses for funded loans
Senior Loan Officers
Non Recoverable Draw of $3,500 for the first 30 days.
Commission per funding:
1-5 units 50bps
6-10 units 75bps
11+ units 100bps
Responsibilities (Both Roles):
- Manage and communicate with clients throughout the loan process.
- Collect, review, and organize loan documentation.
- Maintain accurate data in our loan origination system.
- Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and closing departments.
- Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and email.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company guidelines
Additional Responsibilities by Role Junior Loan Officer
- Assist senior team members with loan origination and pipeline management.
- Learn loan products, guidelines, and systems through on-the-job training.
- Support lead follow-up and nurture client relationships.
Senior Loan Officer
- Independently originate and manage a full pipeline of residential mortgage loans.
- Provide expert guidance on loan products, qualification requirements, and rate options.
- Generate business through leads, referrals, and personal networks.
- Mentor junior team members (optional).
- Maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and referral partners.
Qualifications Junior Loan Officer
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Organized and eager to learn.
- Some familiarity with mortgages or financial services is a plus.
- Experienced and comfortable making outbound calls.
Senior Loan Officer
- 2–5+ years of mortgage loan origination experience.
- Proven track record of production and pipeline management.
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- In-depth knowledge of loan products and guidelines.
- Active NMLS license.
