Salesforce Architect – Health Cloud
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with specialized expertise in Health Cloud to design, implement, and optimize customer relationship management solutions for our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale solutions in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Strategy
• Design end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud solutions that align with business objectives and healthcare compliance requirements
• Develop solution architecture documentation, including system diagrams, data models, and integration patterns
• Lead technical discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements and define scope
• Evaluate and recommend Salesforce Health Cloud features, third-party integrations, and custom development approaches
Health Cloud Implementation
• Configure and customize Health Cloud modules including Care Management, Health Insights, and Patient Management
• Design and implement patient-provider relationship models and care coordination workflows
• Architect data models supporting complex healthcare scenarios (multi-specialty care, population health, etc.)
• Establish data governance and quality standards specific to health data
Integration & Technical Leadership
• Design and oversee implementation of integrations with EHR systems, billing platforms, and other healthcare applications
• Architect scalable solutions using APIs, middleware, and Salesforce platform features
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH Act, and other healthcare regulations
• Mentor development teams and conduct technical code reviews
Governance & Best Practices
• Establish Salesforce governance frameworks, including security, access controls, and audit trails
• Define and enforce naming conventions, configuration standards, and development best practices
• Document architecture decisions and maintain system design documentation
• Support change management and training initiatives
Optimization & Support
• Monitor system performance and recommend optimization strategies
• Participate in upgrade planning and managed package assessments
• Provide technical consultation on complex business problems
• Support ongoing maintenance and enhancements
