The Medical Device Sales Representative plays a key role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling advanced medical devices to specialized customers, including estheticians, dermatologists, med spa owners, and plastic surgeons. This position requires strong sales expertise and, comprehensive product knowledge, and the ability to effectively negotiate deals while collaborating closely with the marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to meet revenue-based quotas
- Maintain accurate and timely sales reporting to track performance
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of medical device products and their applications
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and promotions
- Engage with estheticians, dermatologists, med spa owners, and plastic surgeons to build strong customer relationships
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device sales
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM software (HubSpot)
- Strong knowledge of medical products
- Advanced negotiation skills
