About the role

Cut Fruit Express is hiring Production Runners for our fresh produce facility in Inver Grove Heights. This is a fast-paced, physical role where you're responsible for keeping our production lines supplied and moving. If you like staying busy, take pride in figuring out what needs to get done, and don't mind working in a cold environment — you'll fit in here.

What you'll do

• Pull raw materials and keep production lines stocked and running
• Scan and track inventory accurately throughout your shift
• Operate pallet jacks to move product around the facility
• Respond quickly to what the line needs — this role requires individual accountability
  

What we're looking for

• Reliable transportation — we are not on a bus route
• Comfortable working in a cold environment (35–40°F) for a full shift
• Able to lift 50 lbs. occasionally, 20 lbs. regularly
• Dependable — your line depends on you showing up when scheduled
• No experience required — we'll train the right person
  

Pay & schedule

• $18/hr to start — $19/hr after 30 days
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
• No nights, no weekends
• Weekly pay
