The Position:

The Strategic Account Sales Associate will oversee a significant portfolio of business in this strategic market, building and maintaining customer relationships while achieving growth goals for new business primarily through in-person, scheduled appointments and customer referrals. Although this position is remote, we will need the candidate to live in and travel throughout the Washington DC area. 


Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate Image Pointe company values of Dignity, Family, Relationship, Excellence, Honesty, and integrity in all interactions with clients, vendors, coworkers, and managers.
  • Customer Retention: Service accounts with excellence, developing meaningful relationships to retain and grow your customer base within an assigned territory. Successful associates will maintain 85% client retention (over two years) with a minimum 5-10% average growth in current customer sales per year.
  • Customer Growth: Develop new national accounts by proactively pursuing prospective leads, fielding and servicing inbound leads from company marketing, and developing referrals from your current client base. Travel within assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers to introduce them to our products.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent, best-in-class customer service. Successful associates will see customer experience scores above 4.5 (on a 5-point scale).
  • Customer Communication: Maintain an accurate customer database in our CRM, including clear and consistent documentation on customer contacts, lead development, and ongoing communication with customers including face-to-face appointment records.
  • Responsiveness: Respond to sales inquiries in a rapid manner. Successful associates will respond to all inquiries from customers in 24 hours or less.
  • Utilize provided resources, systems, policies, and procedures for accurate quoting, order entry, and follow-up to meet client needs as well as company expectations. Master product knowledge of a wide range of products to make recommendations for meeting client needs.
  • Continually meet or exceed sales targets, WIGs (Wildly Important Goals), and KPIs.
  • Attend weekly/monthly online meetings in addition to in-person visits to Image Pointe throughout the year.
  • Be available and responsive for production or order questions via Skype and cell phone during the hours of 8:00 – 4:30 CST M – F
  • Traveling for onsite visits to customers.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3-5 Years of proven outside sales experience demonstrating effective communication skills and exceptional customer service. Ideal track record of managing a $2M+ account portfolio.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Willing to travel.


Salary & Benefits:

  • Base $70,000 + unlimited commission potential
