We are looking for an experienced and growth-driven Sales Head to lead and scale General Trade (GT) operations across African markets. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding distribution networks, strengthening trade marketing initiatives, and building high-performing regional sales teams.
The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in GT sales, channel expansion, distributor management, and trade marketing within FMCG or consumer-focused industries. You will play a strategic leadership role in developing market penetration plans, improving retail visibility, and accelerating business growth across diverse territories.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end sales operations across assigned African markets with complete ownership of revenue growth and market expansion.
- Develop and execute GT sales strategies aligned with overall business and distribution objectives.
- Build, manage, and strengthen distributor and dealer networks to ensure deep market penetration and availability.
- Drive trade marketing initiatives including retailer activation, visibility campaigns, merchandising, and channel promotions.
