About the Role

Paydex Technologies is a rapidly growing technology company that is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our team. As a Human Resource Associate, you will support the HR team in managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee records at Paydex. You will assist with talent acquisition processes, maintain HR documentation, and help ensure a positive employee experience. This role involves working with tools like BambooHR, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline HR operations.

This is a fully remote role, but you must be located in the United States. We are hiring immediately.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment, screening, and interview coordination
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies
  • Help organize training and development programs
