Description
Objectives: The Director of Information Technology (" Director of IT") will lead and oversee all aspects of the IT function for The Antigua Group Inc., including setting the strategic direction for technology, managing day-to-day IT operations, and ensuring that IT solutions align with business objectives. The Director of IT will champion a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, ensuring the technology infrastructure supports both current operations and long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a multi-year IT strategy and roadmap aligned with the company's strategic goals.

• Leads development and implementation processes for the organization's IT systems
• Develop and manage the IT department's budget
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team by conducting regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback, and supporting career development.
  • Oversee daily IT operations, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, helpdesk, and cloud/on-premises environments.
  • Ensure the availability, performance, and security of all IT systems.
  • Develop and enforce IT governance, including policies, procedures, and standards
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability across IT and business functions.
  • Participate in executive leadership sessions and act as a technology advisor to peers.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, technology innovations, and AI tools that can improve operations.
  • Establish and drive business continuity and disaster recovery plans
  • Ensure information security risks are identified and managed
  • Facilitate access control, auditing, and logging of company information systems
  • Ensure physical security of assets, information, and technology

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably within build-to-order manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, or a similar industry. Previous director-level experience required.
  • Experience in optimizing IT processes and workflows using Lean methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Experience managing IT organization that is running Microsoft Stack, Dynamics 365 F&O. Microsoft certification desired
  • Experience working with Agile methodology.
  • Deep understanding of IT operations, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
  • Expertise in IT governance, compliance, and data security.
  • Proven success in strategic planning and delivering IT initiatives that drive business outcomes.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels.
  • Budget management and vendor negotiation expertise.
  • Understanding of PII and PCI compliance requirements.
