Insurance Job: Commercial Lines Insurance Marketing and Client Service Manager | Senior Account Manager
Insurance Agency Location: Mesa, AZ
Salary: $85,000-100,000
Independent insurance agency is seeking a licensed senior level commercial lines account manager to manage a book of commercial lines accounts. The position will be required to respond to commercial client calls about policy and coverage questions and consult with clients on policy changes and changing needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage, Service & Cross Sale Commercial Lines Book of Business
  • Maintain accurate client files in the EPIC agency management system, including signed applications, supplementals, and coverage offers/declinations
  • Provide Marketing assistance and support to Producers
  • Rate new & renewal accounts as assigned by management either online or create applications in EPIC to submit to carriers for quotes
  • Develop relationships with carriers and participate in/conduct carrier meetings
  • Participate in “projects” as assigned by the management team
  • Contribute to the Team by helping teammates when necessary
  • Working knowledge of Property and Casualty accounts such as Construction, Manufacturing, Retail, Restaurants, etc.
  • Research and compile answers to client policy and coverage questions
  • Ability to market/quote new business and account renewals to obtain competitive coverage/cost ratios for the client
  • Experience with multiple carrier underwriters

Qualifications
  • 7 or more years of insurance industry experience related to marketing and servicing commercial accounts
  • Property and Casualty license (AZ license)
  • Applied (TAM or EPIC) or AMS360 software experience (Epic preferred)
  • Knowledge of Insurance and/or Brokerage business
  • Knowledge of computer software packages, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Verbal and written communication skills
