What You’ll Do
As a Commercial Account Manager, you’ll focus on developing and maintaining relationships with commercial clients while driving growth across both vehicle sales and service operations.
Business Development & Client Relations
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new commercial business opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with fleet and commercial customers
  • Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and community engagement
  • Maintain regular communication with commercial clients to strengthen partnerships and drive retention
  • Act as the primary point of contact for commercial account customers
Commercial Sales & Service Growth
  • Partner with Sales and Service departments to support commercial customer needs
  • Promote commercial vehicle sales, fleet solutions, and service capabilities
  • Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely scheduling and support for commercial accounts
  • Help commercial customers develop maintenance and service plans for their fleets
  • Assist in creating solutions tailored to each customer’s operational needs
Account Management & Operations
  • Track prospecting activity, pipeline growth, and customer engagement efforts
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up schedules
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the commercial space
  • Collaborate with dealership leadership to develop strategies for commercial growth
  • Represent Krause Auto Group professionally at networking events, trade shows, and community events
